Privacy Policy

Pyramid Group (“Pyramid”) has drafted this Privacy Policy to clarify Pyramid’s policy regarding the use of any personal information it collects about Pyramid customers and users in connection with other services provided by Pyramid (such as Pyramid websites and applications).  This Privacy Policy is intended to allow these customers and users to understand how Pyramid handles their personal information along with their rights with respect to their personal information.

In general, Pyramid will treat personal information shared by customers or users along with other information that Pyramid may collect in connection with the services provided, in a legal, fair and transparent manner. Pyramid has taken into account internationally recognized principles on the protection of personal data when defining its policies, such as the principle of purpose limitation, storage restrictions, data reduction, data quality and confidentiality.

1. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

The controller of all personal data processing carried out through websites or applications operated by Pyramid is Pyramid Corporation , which is officially headquartered in the State of Kuwait.

Pyramid Company operates. As a joint controller with each individual Pyramid Local Station regarding personal data relating to the customers of the respective Pyramid Local Station or to the consignees of shipments delivered by (or on behalf of) the respective Pyramid Local Station in question. Please refer to the relevant section of the Pyramid website) to understand which Pyramid station may act as an observer regarding such personal data on your site.

Where Pyramid  acts as a joint controller, it and the relevant local Pyramid station are responsible for ensuring that all rules regarding the handling of your personal data are respected. You can exercise your rights as a data subject against either by:

  • Submit an online support request (here); or
  • Contact your local Pyramid station.

2. Processed Personal Data

 When providing services to customers, users or consignees, whether through terrestrial outlets, websites or applications operated by Pyramid (collectively, the “Pyramid Services“), Pyramid collects and processes information regarding such customers/users/addressees (as individuals) allowing their identity to be identified either individually or in conjunction with other information that is available. Pyramid may be able to collect and process information about other people in the same way, as these customers/users/consignees choose to provide it to Pyramid.

This information may be classified as “personal data” and collected by Pyramid when shared by customers/users/recipients (for example, immediately upon signing up for an account on the Pyramid website, when placing an order for delivery services, or when preparing a shipping document at retail outlets) by analyzing users’ behaviors (for example, when browsing Pyramid websites or when using Pyramid applications) or when disclosed to Pyramid by other sources ( such as Pyramid customers or entities that provide sanctions list disclosure services to Pyramid).

Such personal data may include the following categories:

A. Name, contact details and other personal data

• Pyramid Websites

When you create an account on the Pyramid Apps, you will be asked to provide personal data about you such as your name (first name and last name), mobile number, email address, information regarding the credit card to be used as a payment method – credit card number, name, expiry date and card verification number – along with your shipping address (based on your location or by choosing it on a map).

B. Data Relating to Users' Devices

• Pyramid Mobile Apps

When you choose to install the Pyramid Apps, you grant Pyramid permission to set up the chosen application on your mobile phone (“Device”) and also to access your personal data and other information stored on your device that is required for the successful installation of the App (such as device model, operating system version, screen resolution, network connection type, language, etc.). The collection of this information is an integral part of the installation and setup of the Pyramid Apps and, accordingly, you may not object to it unless you uninstall the App from your device.

Once Pyramid is installed, it may ask you to allow the app to send and read SMS messages from your device, send you a verification code via SMS, and give you automatic access to the app once you successfully receive that code. When using the Pyramid Apps, you may request access to your device’s storage (for example, when you register shipping addresses on an app), request access to your device’s camera (for example, so that you can scan your credit card to enter its details to be the payment method in the apps) and request access to the Internet, among other functions as necessary.

c. Data related to your location

• Pyramid Mobile Apps

Once you install the Pyramid app, you may be asked to consent to access the app on your device’s location even when you are not using the app and accessing the functionality of your device’s map. This is intended to allow Pyramid to provide you with Pyramid services more accurately and usefully throughout the application, in particular by allowing you to pinpoint your exact location, record a shipping address based on your current location (as opposed to a map location search), track your shipments in real time (on the day of delivery), ensure correct delivery of your shipments, and so forth.

If you think continuous access to your site is too invasive, you can configure a device to share your location only when using apps. If this is an over-infringing, you can unshare your location from the device’s settings and simply enter a landline, postal code, or state name for the Pyramid Services you are interested in (or manually pin your respective address on the map within the Apps).

d. Call Recording

When you contact Pyramid’s customer support team by phone, Pyramid will keep the recording of the call between you and the Pyramid Customer Service Agent – primarily to retain evidence of service-related requests or complaints handled over the phone (to allow Pyramid to show how they were handled), for quality control/training purposes. You will be notified of this via a pre-recorded message displayed at the beginning of the call.

E. Shipment Inspection

To provide Pyramid Services, Pyramid may be required to physically inspect the shipments to be delivered in connection with such Pyramid Services, in particular to ensure that any applicable legal shipping restrictions (for example, due to the country of origin, destination or type of goods shipped) or trade embargoes are respected.

These checks will only be carried out to verify compliance with the terms of any applicable legal restrictions on incoming and outgoing shipments. In particular, Pyramid will not carry out an in-depth examination of any documents or other things that could disclose personal data, the addressee or other persons, unless absolutely necessary for the said compliance purposes. As a result of the inspection, if your shipment is rejected (due to a conflict, for example, with applicable legal import or export restrictions), Pyramid will either attempt to arrange for the shipment to be returned to the destination (as legally feasible) or dispose of the shipment as required by applicable laws.

Pyramid keeps records of all inspection activities performed, including details on the country of origin and destination country, the name of the shipper and consignee, the general description of the contents of the shipment (e.g., “documents” or “shower curtains”, etc.), the country of origin of such contents, the harmonic content system code and the number of the air waybill.

F. Shipment Date

Pyramid keeps records of details, actions taken and interactions between it and you in relation to deliveries made at your request (as a shipper) and also about deliveries made to you (as the consignee). This can include information such as the date/time of the shipping order, the contents of the shipment (general description), shipper data (name, contact details, billing address), consignee data (name, contact details and delivery address), delivery method, delivery status, delivery date/time, delivery location, number of unsuccessful delivery attempts, preferred communication channel for receiving delivery updates, number of returned deliveries, and so forth.

This data will be collected from shipping logs, and even from records derived from various channels through which you can interact with Pyramid (such as our applications, websites, call answering centers and SMS/IM channels).

G. Special Categories of Personal Data

Pyramid typically does not need to process more sensitive categories of personal data, such as data that disclose your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or other types of sensitive information about you, such as your genetic data, biometric data, or data about your health, sex life, or sexual orientation, in order to provide Pyramid Services. Although this information may be derived from certain personal data collected by Pyramid (e.g., goods to be shipped), Pyramid does not intend to process these categories of personal data, and will not specifically process those categories of personal data for any purpose (other than providing Pyramid services).

• Pyramid Websites & Apps

Some Pyramid websites and apps may include free text fields where you can write messages to Pyramid or otherwise allow you to post many types of content, and may contain personal data. If these rights are completely free, you can use them to disclose, or you can post content that discloses (whether inadvertently or intentionally) more sensitive categories of personal data such as data that reveals your racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership. The content you upload in these fields may also include (whether unintentionally or intentionally) other types of sensitive information about you, such as your genetic data, biometric data, or data about your health, sexuality, or sexual orientation.

Pyramid asks you not to disclose any sensitive personal data in these free text fields or in your postings on Pyramid websites or applications unless you consider it absolutely necessary. While Pyramid does not intend to collect sensitive personal data about customers or users of the website/application (except in cases expressly specified by Pyramid), this may occur if such individuals voluntarily choose to disclose such data.

If you disclose sensitive personal data to Pyramid in this way, Pyramid will only process such personal data to the extent that it is sufficient, relevant and not exaggerated in connection with the purpose of processing described in this Privacy Policy (please see below  for processing purposes). This will be done, in particular, as necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to respond to a request you have made, or otherwise, if it is governed by the statement that Pyramid has a legitimate interest in the processing of such Data, also because of the fact that, when you decide to disclose sensitive personal data through Pyramid websites and applications, you explicitly make that personal data public.

Personal data relating to convictions and criminal offences

To provide Pyramid Services in a legitimate manner, Pyramid may be required to investigate customers/users/consignees against lists of parties banned by the government, sanctions lists and watchlists in force, as well as databases of persons at risk of political risk. Pyramid may be required to confirm whether its customers or employees are permitted to export goods outside their country of location immediately upon requesting Pyramid services or whether they meet other requirements necessary for customs clearance purposes.

This process can include requesting a copy of national identity documents or passport, along with access to information about advance penalties or restrictions (of a criminal or otherwise nature) that may be imposed on you by court order or other competent authority. Pyramid will only access this information if authorized by applicable law, and only to the extent necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements.

As a result of the investigation exercise, if you are identified as a partial or potential match on any applicable listings, you may be asked to provide additional information confirming your identity (such as a copy of your national identity card or passport, if you have not already been asked to do so). If you are identified as an exact match, Pyramid will not be able to complete your shipment, in which case Pyramid will either attempt to arrange for the shipment to be returned to the destination (as legally feasible) or dispose of the shipment as required by applicable laws.

Pyramide with records of all investigative activities performed, including details on the country of origin and destination country, the name of the shipper and consignee, the general description of the contents of the shipment (e.g., “documents” or “shower curtains”, etc.), the country of origin of such contents, the code of the harmonic system of contents and the number of the air waybill.

i. Personal data of other persons

When ordering Pyramid Services, you may decide to provide information about other relevant persons in order to provide those services correctly (for example, when you wish to carry out delivery to another person – i.e. the consignee – you will be asked to provide information about the addressee). This can include information such as the name, delivery address and telephone number of these people.

In any event, if you decide to share personal data relating to other people, you will be an independent data controller regarding such personal data, and you must assume all inherent legal obligations and responsibilities. This means, without limitation, that you should indemnify Pyramid against any complaints, claims or claims for damages that may arise from the processing of such personal data, filed by other persons whose information you have provided to Pyramid.

Because Pyramid does not collect this information directly from these other persons (but from you), you should ensure that you obtain the consent of such other persons before providing any information about them to Pyramid, and if you do not, you must ensure that there are other grounds on which you can lawfully provide such information.

• Pyramid Websites & Apps

In addition, as stated in the preceding section, certain aspects of Pyramid websites and applications include free data fields in which you can write messages to Pyramid or otherwise allow you to post various types of content. These messages may include (unintentionally or intentionally) personal data relating to these other persons. In other parts of the Pyramid Websites, you may be asked to provide personal data relating to other people, such as other contact persons in your company or relatives who work as employees of Pyramid.

In this case, the two paragraphs set out in the sub-clause above shall apply (regarding your responsibility for the personal data of other persons you choose to share with Pyramid and your obligation to ensure that you are legally entitled to share it).

J. Browsing Data

• Pyramid Websites & Apps

The operation of Pyramid websites and applications involves the use of computer systems, programs and procedures, which collect information about users of websites and applications as part of their regular operation. While Pyramid does not collect this information to link it to specific users, it is still possible to identify such users either directly through that information or through the use of other information collected – as such, that information must be considered personal data.

This information includes several benchmarks related to your operating system and IT environment, including your IP address, your location (country), your computer’s domain names, the URLs of the sources you request on websites or applications, the time of application, the time of application, the method used to make requests to the web server, the dimensions of the file obtained in response to a request, and the numerical code indicating the response status sent by the network server (success;  error, or otherwise) and so forth.

This data is used to generate statistical information on the use of websites and applications, ensure their correct operation and identify any errors or misuse.

K. Cookies, SDKs and Tracking Technologies

Pyramid may process your personal data through cookies, software development kits and similar technologies to improve your experience on Pyramid websites or Pyramid Apps.

• Pyramid Applications

Information regarding the use of SDKs and tracking techniques can be found in the SDKs policy available on each application.

3. Processing purposes

Pyramid intends to use the aforementioned personal data collected in connection with the provision of Pyramid services for the following purposes:

  • In general, to allow Pyramid to provide Pyramid Services to you, including, but not limited to, providing express shipping and logistics services as well as allowing you to order and receive Pyramid Services specifically delivered through Pyramid websites and applications (“Service Delivery”). This may include the use of personal data (for example) for the following purposes:
  • Achieve a better understanding of your preferences regarding the Pyramid Services, based on prior interactions we have had with you (such as deliveries made for you), and better tailor the Pyramid Services to suit you, increase their effectiveness and improve your experience (“Service Analytics”). This may include the use of personal data (for example) for the following purposes:
  • For future marketing purposes and advertising and promotion purposes (“Marketing”). This may include the use of personal data (for example) for the following purposes:
  • Create a profile for you as a user of Pyramid websites/apps, through the use of marketing cookies or SDKs (please refer to cookies, SDKs and tracking technologies above) and by collecting and analyzing information about preferences you make and choices you make on Pyramid websites/apps and also through your device data (e.g. IFDA). This information will be used to tailor the Pyramid services offered through websites and applications to suit, where possible, your preferences and choices and also to serve you with information and advertisements that may be relevant to you and your interests. All algorithms involved in this processing are regularly tested to ensure that the processing is fair and monitored for impartiality (“personal identification pages”).
  • Maintain a record of requests, complaints or telephone transactions between you and the Pyramid Customer Support Agent, to prove that such requests, complaints or transactions occurred on a particular date and time, and also for quality assurance purposes – i.e. incidentally confirm that Pyramid’s customer support agents provide high-quality support to Pyramid customers (“Call Recording”).
  • To comply with laws that require Pyramid to collect and process certain types of personal data (“Compliance”).
  • To develop and administer Pyramid websites and applications, in particular by using data analytics about how you and other users use these websites/applications, as well as the information and opinions you provide to improve Pyramid’s offerings (“Analytics”).
  • To prevent and detect any misuse of Pyramid websites or applications or any fraudulent activities carried out through the Website (“Misuse/Fraud”).

4. Basis of treatment and mandatory / discretionary nature of processing

The legal bases applicable to Pyramid for processing your personal data, in accordance with the purposes specified in the purposes of  processing purposes above, are as follows:

  • Service Delivery: Processing for this purpose is necessary for the provision of the Services and is therefore necessary for the performance of the contract with you. It is not mandatory for you to give Pyramid your personal data for these purposes, however, if you do not give it your personal data, Pyramid will not be able to provide any services to you.
  • Service Analytics: Processing for this purpose is generally based on Pyramid’s legitimate interests, which are to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Pyramid Services as well as to improve the customer/consignee experience of Pyramid. You are permitted to object to this, and to request more information about the assessments carried out by Pyramid regarding its legitimate interests, by sending us a support request.
  • Marketing: Processing for this purpose is based on your consent. It is not mandatory for you to give Pyramid your consent to the use of your personal data for these purposes, and you will not incur any consequences if you choose not to give it your consent (along with the inability to receive any other marketing communications from Pyramid). You may withdraw any consent you give to Pyramid at a later stage.
  • Personally identifiable pages: processing for this purpose is based on your consent given by accepting the use of marketing cookies or SDKs (please see Cookies, SDKs and Tracking Technologies above). It is not mandatory for you to give Pyramid your consent to the use of your personal data for this purpose, and you will not incur any consequences if you choose not to give it your consent (along with the inability to benefit from greater customization of the user experience). regarding Pyramid websites and applications).   • Call Recording: Processing for this purpose is generally based on Pyramid’s legitimate interests in maintaining evidence of requests, complaints and transactions with Pyramid customers over the telephone – to indicate when they have occurred and to ensure that they are handled correctly by Pyramid – and to ensure that Pyramid’s customer support agents provide high-quality assistance to Pyramid customers (by randomly reviewing the calls made by each agent). You are allowed to object to this, and ask for more. of information about the assessment carried out by Pyramid regarding its legitimate interests, by sending us a request for support
  • Compliance: Processing for this purpose is necessary for Pyramid to comply with its legal obligations. When you provide Pyramid with any personal data, Pyramid must process it under the laws that apply to it, which can include retaining and reporting your personal data to official authorities for the purposes of complying with tax, customs or other obligations.
  • In some cases, most notably with regard to screening senders/consignees against blacklists or inspection of shipments, Pyramid may base its relevant processing activities on its legitimate interest in ensuring compliance with any applicable shipping restrictions. You are permitted to object to this, and to request more information about the assessment carried out by Pyramid regarding its legitimate interests, by sending us a request for support.

  • Analytics: Processing for this purpose is generally based on Pyramid’s legitimate interests in understanding and improving how users interact with Pyramid websites and applications during the collection of browsing data, with a view to providing a better user experience. You are permitted to object to this, and to request further information about the assessment carried out by Pyramid regarding its legitimate interests, by sending us a support request

  • If cookies or SDKs are specifically used to collect this information (see Cookies, SDKs and Tracking Technologies above), this is based on your consent by accepting the use of statistics cookies or SDKs (please see Cookies, SDKs and Tracking Technologies). above). It is not mandatory for you to give Pyramid your consent to the use of your personal data for these purposes, and you will not incur any consequences if you choose not to give it your consent.   • Misuse/Fraud: Processing for this purpose is generally based on Pyramid’s legitimate interests in preventing and detecting fraudulent activities or misuse of Pyramid websites and applications (for potentially criminal purposes) and ensuring the security of Pyramid websites and applications. You are permitted to object to this, and to request further information about the assessment carried out by Pyramid regarding its legitimate interests, by sending us a support request.

5. Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may be shared with the following list of persons/entities (“Recipients“):

  • The specific Pyramid customer on whose behalf Pyramid provides Pyramid Services to you in the event that you are the consignee.
  • Entities designated to investigate Pyramid customers and consignees compare applicable government lists of prohibited parties, sanctions and watch lists, as well as databases of persons exposed to political risks, as required or authorized by applicable laws.
  • Individuals or entities appointed to provide Pyramid services on behalf of Pyramid (e.g., courier dispatchers, answering center agents, service partners, hosting providers or email platform providers), along with persons authorized by Pyramid to process personal data required to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of Pyramid services (for example, Pyramid employees) who are bound by confidentiality obligations, may only process personal data under Pyramid instructions and must Adhere to the security measures set by Pyramid.
  • Persons, companies or professional institutions that provide Pyramid with advice and advice on accounting, administrative, analytics, legal, tax, financial and debt collection matters associated with the provision of Pyramid services.
  • Entities designated as data processors, to carry out processing activities related to marketing, personal identification pages and analytics on behalf of Pyramid where you have consented to the processing of your personal data for these purposes (e.g., SMS engines, and third parties providing cookies).
  • Third party providers of websites and online platforms, to carry out marketing related processing activities (in particular, displaying Pyramid ads on their websites/platforms):
  • Persons authorized to perform technical maintenance (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks).
  • Companies within the Pyramid Group (which can also assist in providing Pyramid services to a customer/user/consignee, depending on their location).
  • Public entities, entities or authorities to which your personal data may be disclosed, subject to applicable law or binding decisions of such entities, entities or authorities.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

Due to Pyramid’s worldwide presence and business operations, your personal data may be transferred to recipients located in many different countries. In particular, any time you rely on Pyramid services for any cross-border operations (e.g. country-to-country delivery of a shipment), personal data may be transferred to the receiving country.

Pyramid implements appropriate safeguards to ensure the legality and security of such transfers of personal data, in particular with regard to transfers of personal data from within the EEA to outside the EEA. As a rule, if  the EC’s adequacy decision is not  available to the receiving country, Pyramid enters into agreements with recipients providing for  the European Commission‘s uniform data protection grounds., or otherwise rely on any other more appropriate legal transmission mechanisms available under applicable data protection law.

7. Retention of Personal Data

 Personal data processed for the purpose  of providing the Service will be retained by Pyramid for the period it deems absolutely necessary to fulfill those purposes – in any event, as long as such personal data is processed for the provision of the Pyramid Services, Pyramid may continue to store such data for a longer period, as may be necessary to protect Pyramid’s interests regarding the potential liability associated with the provision of the Pyramid Services.

Personal data processed for the purpose of service analytics, together with  analytics based on Pyramide’s legitimate interests (analytics performed on browsing data) will be collected as soon as practicable and will therefore be kept as personal data only for such period as is strictly necessary to allow such collection.

 Personal data processed for the purpose of analytics, if it is based on your consent (analytics carried out using statistical cookies or software development kits; Pyramid will retain it from the moment you have given consent until the moment you withdraw the consent you have given. Once consent has been withdrawn, personal data will no longer be used for these purposes, although Pyramid may continue to retain it, in particular as necessary to protect Pyramid’s interests regarding the potential liability associated with such Processing.

Personal data processed for marketing purposes and personal identification pages will be retained by Pyramid from the moment you give consent to it until the moment you withdraw the consent given. Once consent is withdrawn, personal data will no longer be used for these purposes, although Pyramid may continue to retain it, especially as necessary to protect Pyramid’s interests regarding potential liability associated with such processing.

Personal data processed for the purpose  of recording calls (especially recordings themselves) will be retained by Pyramid, as a rule, for up to one year from the date of the call to Pyramid’s customer support team. In countries where Pyramid may legally record telephone calls in which you participate with your consent, telephone calls may be retained from the moment you give consent until the moment you withdraw the consent you have given.

Personal data processed for marketing purposes and personal identification pages will be retained by Pyramid from the moment you give consent to it until the moment you withdraw the consent given. Once consent is withdrawn, personal data will no longer be used for these purposes, although Pyramid may continue to retain it, especially as necessary to protect Pyramid’s interests regarding potential liability associated with such processing.

However, if the selected call recordings are reasonably necessary for Pyramid to prepare, exercise or defend against legal claims, or otherwise to protect Pyramid’s interests regarding potential liability associated with the provision of the Pyramid Services, they may be retained for a longer period.

Personal data processed for marketing purposes and personal identification pages will be retained by Pyramid from the moment you give consent to it until the moment you withdraw the consent given. Once consent is withdrawn, personal data will no longer be used for these purposes, although Pyramid may continue to retain it, especially as necessary to protect Pyramid’s interests regarding potential liability associated with such processing.

Personal data processed for the purpose of compliance will be retained by Pyramid for as long as required by the specific legal obligation or applicable law. In particular, records relating to investigations or examination practices carried out by Pyramid will be kept for up to 5 years, after which they will be kept. Archived records will only be viewed if reasonably necessary for Pyramid to prepare, exercise or defend legal claims, or otherwise. To protect Pyramid’s interests regarding potential liability associated with the provision of Pyramid Services.

Personal data processed for marketing purposes and personal identification pages will be retained by Pyramid from the moment you give consent to it until the moment you withdraw the consent given. Once consent is withdrawn, personal data will no longer be used for these purposes, although Pyramid may continue to retain it, especially as necessary to protect Pyramid’s interests regarding potential liability associated with such processing.

 Personal data processed for the purpose of detecting misuse/fraud will be retained by Pyramid for such a long period as is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless you lawfully object to the processing of your personal data for these purposes.

Personal data processed for marketing purposes and personal identification pages will be retained by Pyramid from the moment you give consent to it until the moment you withdraw the consent given. Once consent is withdrawn, personal data will no longer be used for these purposes, although Pyramid may continue to retain it, especially as necessary to protect Pyramid’s interests regarding potential liability associated with such processing.

8. Rights of Data Subjects

Under the Regulations, you, as a data subject, have the right to exercise the following rights before Pyramid, at any time:

  • Access to the personal data processed by Pyramid (or a copy of such personal data), as well as information about the processing of your personal data.
  • Correct or update your personal data processed by Pyramid, if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Request erasure of your personal data processed by Pyramid if you feel that the processing is unnecessary or otherwise unlawful.
  • Request restriction of the processing of your personal data if you feel that the personal data being processed is inaccurate, unnecessary or unlawfully processed, and also if you object to the processing.
  • Exercise your right to portability – the right to obtain a copy of the personal data you have provided to Pyramid in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and also to request that such personal data be sent to another data controller.
  • Withdraw your consent to the processing (for the purpose of marketing, personally identifiable pages, analytics and also, if applicable, for the purpose of recording calls).

For processing purposes that are based on our legitimate interests;

Please note that most of the personal information you provide to Pyramid can be changed at any time, including your email preferences, by accessing the user profile you created on Pyramid websites and apps.

You may withdraw your consent to processing for the purpose of  personal identification pages and analytics conducted using marketing cookies, statistics, software development kits or other tracking technologies by using the consent management platform made available on the Pyramid Websites/tracking settings available on the Pyramid Applications.

Besides the above methods, you can also exercise your rights described above by submitting a support request to us through the Pyramid websites, by completing the form available here.

In any event, please be aware that, as a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent regulatory authorities for the protection of personal data if you believe that the processing of your personal data carried out by Pyramid is illegal. If you are located within the EU, you have the right to lodge such complaints with the regulatory authorities present: (1) in the Member State for your habitual residence, (2) in the Member State of your place of work, or (3) in the Member State where you believe the unlawful processing has occurred.

9. Amendments

This Privacy Policy entered into force on April 1, 2025. Pyramid reserves the right to make a total or partial modification to this Privacy Policy or merely update its content, for example as a result of changes in applicable law. Pyramid will notify you of any material changes as soon as they are entered (through a pop-up window on the Pyramid website, and during email notifications sent to customers/users/recipients listed in Pyramid’s mailing lists). Changes are binding upon posting.
